How the draw works
Every 10 minutes the wheel picks one wallet, with equal odds for everyone on it. Two callout draws, then one holder draw, on repeat.
Holder wheel: the top 50 holders, excluding pools and anyone with 3% or more of supply.
Callout wheel: wallets that posted a FOMO thesis or a Pump.fun callout and still hold at least $100, under 3% of supply.
Winners sit out for 24 hours. If the prize pot is too small, the draw waits and the timer stretches to 30, then 60 minutes.
